Karie Anne's Frozen Desserts Idaho Falls | Delicious Gluten & Dairy Free Gelati & Custard

We LOVE Karie Anne's. So much. We go at least once a week to try their rotating flavors, more often if I can convince my husband ;) seriously so good. And at least their base flavors are gluten and dairy free, so it's a pretty safe and tasty dessert!

I love it every time I go there. They're seasonal so when they close in the fall, I always feel a little sad. Excellent custard. Their prices aren't cheap but for quality custard you don't expect them to be. Probably my all-time favorite treat. The gelati is always one of My favorite summertime treats. I understand that their products are available in a number of other places all year long. But I think that the frozen custard stands serve the best quality custard. They have a lot of throughput so the flavored ice in the custard is always top notch and fresh. All in all and not to be missed treat

We are a huge fan of Karie Anne‘s. We have been going to the Rexburg location for a long time now. We are glad that there is finally a location in Idaho Falls. The quality and service is just the same as the Rexburg location, excellent all around. If you don’t know about Karie Anne’s let me explain how it works. They have Italian ice and custard. When they put both together in a cup it is called gelati. They have many flavors of Italian ice. Italian ice is very smooth and melts in your mouth quickly. It is very satisfying to eat. The custard is very creamy, thick, and delicious. They always have custard flavors vanilla and chocolate, but sometimes there are special flavors of the week. What size you want determines number of scoops you get. If you choose a gelati, you get to choose both Italian ice and custard flavors. They have for your convenience customer favorite recommendations if you are indecisive. The Dragon Slayer is bomb by the way. My favorite combo is peach Italian ice, vanilla custard, and piña colada Italian ice(Ben’s Favorite). After ordering, you just go around the back of the trailer to pick up your order. They are very fast so there isn’t much wait. Be sure to take advantage of their date night special which is Thursdays 7PM to close. You get a buy one get one half off deal. Also they have their family night special which is .25¢ of size smalls on Mondays 7PM to close. If you like to sign up for things there is a rewards system you can sign up for. Karie Anne’s is always a delight after a warm day outside. I definitely recommend Karie Anne’s Frozen Desserts.

Great treat for a hot day or whenever you're in need of something sweet. The Italian ice has a good taste and the custard is delicious. We got junior gelati, and I thought it was a great balance of Italian ice and custard. My wife said it is the opposite for her, preferring more Italian ice, so if you're looking for more Italian ice, consider getting the small size or bigger sizes. They also have space in the back for you to sit with tables and in the shade. Would definitely go back!

Karrie you GOTTA CHILL GIRL! You are way too good. I am not gonna hit my health goals this summer. Snow cones who? Every new one I try I like more. I didn’t think we could get better than the dragon slayer until I tried Carmel apple. You have outdone yourself.

Karie Anne's is incredible! It's several steps up from the best snow cone shak you can imagine. They serve italian ice, and gelato. Mixed together they call it gelati. Every generous scoop is jam packed with flavor! I'm the kind of person who likes to try a new flavor every time, and I've never had anything here that wasn't absolutely delicious. Every single flavor is just fantastic. That being said, the caramel apple gelati is a standout favorite for me. The strawberries and cream italian ice is a new one, and it is also a mindblowingly good flavor! This location is in a food park, and there is covered seating if you want to stay and eat at a table instead of devouring it in your car like a rabbid raccoon. The service here is top notch. Shout out to the hard working lady who always gets our orders right, and is always super polite, even when there's lots of people there. The price can get slightly expensive if you're paying for a group, but in my opinion, it's totally worth it. It's on par with a lot of ice cream places, and cheaper than places like scoops or coldstone. You get more value for bigger sizes, but a large is like 3 big servings, so we stick with the still good value of smaller sizes. Karie Anne's is seasonal, and I am always excited to get some gelati when they finally open again.
